He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Caruso and James Caruso; his siblings, Carl, Michael and Annette; his daughter Carol; and his daughter-in-law Theresa.

He is survived by: his children, Rose Roberts, Patricia, James (Marla) and Michael (Yvette); and his grandchildren, Joe, Michael, Gina Roberts, Amy Cooper, Kaitlyn Caruso and Ryan Caruso. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
