He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Jesse Rowley and Rosilla Allen; his siblings, Lois Shepherd, Elaine Baker, Joanne Adair and Duane Rowley; his daughter Kristi Rowley Sherwood; his brother Lynn Tenney; and his sons, Steven Arden Rowley, Bradley Martin Rowley and Scott Allen Rowley. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
