He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Seth and Violet Earline Starrick (Miner); his son Allan Jeffrey; and his sisters, Verde Fry, Kathleen Pentecost and Mary Ruth Kruzan.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jenkins; his children, Steven James Starrick and Dana Jill Larson; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Steven Starrick, Blair Powell Miller and Sonja Rose Starrick; his great grandchild Katelyn Starrick; and his siblings, Joyce Codero, Jude Mente and Frankie.
