We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2021, at the age of 73, Barbara Rusher (Mesa, Arizona), born in Fort Dodge, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Rusher; her daughter Melissa Libhart; her granddaughters, Madelyn and Emma Libhart; and her sisters, Kathy Zoch, Sherri Johnson (Kent) and Becky Vit (Bill).
