He is survived by: his wife Delores Smith; his children, Michael Smith (Karen) and Kelly Vintz (Frank); his stepchildren, Hugh Falls (Nancy) and Lori Dunlap (Mike); and his siblings, Marylou, Donna, Dorothy, Susan, Leroy, Bruce and Betty (Theodore). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
