He is survived by: his children, Twinkle Jean Whitehead (Shorty Whitehead), Nadine Blankenship (Dean Blankenship), Lois Ann Blankenship (Kennith Blankenship), Earl Junior Blair (Sharon Blair) and Max Lewis Blair (Tara Blair).
