He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Thompson and Doris Thompson (Butterworth); and his sister Josie. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenny Thompson of Phoenix, AZ, Jerry Thompson of Mesa, AZ, Donna Morrissey of Merrimac, MA, Florence Varela of Phoenix, AZ and Angela Antilla of Globe, AZ; and also Ian. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
