He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca. He is survived by: his father Kenneth Rowin; his siblings, Linda Manywounds (Lance), Josh Rowin, Sean Rowin (Autumn), Meagan Matherly (Jaemey), Caleb Rowin, Sarah Rowin, Hannah Hulen (Dustin), Matthew Reed (Kristi) and Michael Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Kaydence Rowin, Xander Manywounds, Grayson Manywounds, Cruz Manywounds, Elijah Rowin, Natalee Rowin, Dean Rowin, Mila Rowin, Miah Matherly, Tyler Matherly and Greysen Hulen.

In lieu of flowers, Gifts can be made to Aid to Adoption of. Donations in honor of the Rowin family will help create families for children in foster care.
