He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron B. Johns and Wilma V. Johns (Pablo-Lopez); his brothers, Byron Blackwater Johns Jr., Franchot Sherman Johns, Gerald Vernon Johns and Arnell Patrick Johns; and the mother of his children Vera Miles Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Blaine Lewis and Shannon Tara Lewis of Salt River; and his sisters, Lavern Enos (Cornelius) of Gila Crossing and Sharon Johns of Phoenix. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, 27 great-nieces & nephews and 6 great-great nieces & nephews.
