It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Kenneth Groscost (Mesa, Arizona), who passed away on May 7, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur Lewis Groscost and Maud Elizabeth George Groscost; his sons, Gregory Charles Groscost and Jeffrey Smith Groscost; his siblings, Barbara Thomas, Keith Groscost and John Groscost; and his siblings-in-law, Nicholas Smith, Kenneth Thomas and Kathleen Groscost.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Smith; his daughters, Elizabeth Carroll (Wayne), Kristen Babbitt (Joel) and Amy Groscost; his daughter-in-law Dana Groscost; his grandchildren, Noelle Shobe (Brandon), Charles "Chad" Groscost (Whitney), Logan Groscost, Reagan Favreau (Aaron), Gunnar Groscost (Bekah), Griffin Groscost, Jesse Groscost, Jill Burgoyne (Eric), Nathan Carroll (Arielle), Leighton Carroll (Mari), Matthew Kenneth Carroll (Anna), Catherine Carroll, Xander Babbit, James Babbitt, Anna Babbitt and Joseph Babbitt; his brother James Groscost (Colleen); and his sisters-in-law, MaryAnn Smith and Vivian Groscost. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
