He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; and his brother-in-law Dennis Jacobson. He is survived by: his spouse Ollie McAvoy; his brother Jerry (Barb); his sister-in-law Delores Jacobson; his children, Susan Rush (Mike), David (Cindy), Michael (Brenda) and Mark (Heidi); and his stepdaughters, Mary Ann Arndt (Paul), Cathie Klopfenstein (Roger), Carol Sommerfeld (Norman) and Lori Thompson (Randy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
