He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Baker, Sr. and Marie Edwards; his wife Robbie Baker; and his siblings, Donnie Baker and Betty-Ann Henderson.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Hollingsworth; his children, Matt Baker, Corey Baker and Mitzi Tewell; his sister Sherry Escue (Eddie); and his grandchildren, Collin, Rowdy, Roxy and Dansley.
