He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henriksen and Doris Henriksen (Boyungs). He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth "Lisa" Thompson (Jared) of Mesa and Gregory Henriksen of Colona, Illinois; his grandchildren, Cody Northcutt, Ashley, Karissa, Alexander, Atticus Henriksen, Wyat and Isabelle Thompson; and his brothers, Eric Henriksen (Sandra) of New Berlin and John Mark Henriksen (Joan) of Galena, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Dave's memory.
