He is survived by: his wife Gayle Bradshaw; his children, Gordon, Laura Lyle (Brock), Karren Christensen (Bruce), Stuart (Barb) and Allison; and his siblings, John Thomas (Madge), Mary Nielson (Russ), Carol Herring (David), Helen Hancock (Artie), Margaret Manning (Larry) and Martha Moyer (Doug). He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
David married Gayle Bradshaw on May 14, 1976 in the Mesa Arizona Temple, the foundation of 45 years of blissful marriage.
