He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his son David; his parents, Sally Jackson of Gilbert, AZ and Jack Spearman of Mariposa, CA; his sister Cindy Spearman of Atascadero, CA; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Joan Ptacek. He is also survived by many family members, friends and co-workers.
