He was predeceased by: his parents, Thryle H Stapley and Ruth Openshaw Stapley; his brothers, Richard and Jim; and his children, Danny (Julie), Denis, Sherry (David Burrell) and Sean (Lori).
He is survived by: his sons, Don Clay (Jane) and Scott Karl (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Tara (Todd Jarman), Chad, Trent (Courtney), Beau (Camille), Tatum (Klete Rogers), Brittin Burrell (Mary), Brecklyn (Edwin Palacios), Conner Stapley (Kennedie), Madison, Sheridan, Brea, Alycia and Frankie. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
Due to the current state of affairs as it pertains to the Covid-19 pandemic there will not be a viewing or a funeral.
