She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin W. Houser and Nellie Ruth Carter Houser; her siblings, Dick Houser and Peg Glover-Baldock; her stepbrother Philip Houser; and her granddaughter Andrea Gail Shelton.
She is survived by: her children, Lon, Rick, Jodie, Kim, Jeff and Kelli Brower of Olathe, Kansas.; and her grandchildren, Dana Meyer (Brian) of Rochester, MI, Scott Wingfield (Tracy) of Las Vegas, NV, Nicole Catherine Corti of Buford, Georgia, Matthew Corti (Kellie) of Minneapolis, MN and Danielle (Alex).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
