She is survived by: her brother Bill Blankenship of Huntington, WV; her siblings-in-law, Howard Meade and Judy Meade of Mesa, AZ; her daughter Jonita Beisgen (Meade); her son-in-law Bill Beisgen of Mesa, AZ; her son T. A.; her daughter-in-law Terry Davenport of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Spencer Nelson of Mesa, AZ, Mackenzie Nelson of Mesa, AZ and Danielle Castle of Kenova, WV; her nephews, Randall Blankenship of Huntington, WV and Tyler Blankenship of Huntington, WV; her niece Shannan Powell of Barboursville, WV.; and her cousins, Ada Oxley, Mary McCallister and Deloris "Sis" Carpenter.
