Spencer; her children, Clifford Spencer (Joanne) of Kansas City, MO and Catherine of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Dede), Wayne (Jessi) and Jennifer Houch (Shane); and her sister-in-law Rose Kipp. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
