He was predeceased by: his son Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Dianne (Dee); his daughters, Joanne, Julie, Jackie of Ft. Dodge, Anita and Rita of Omaha; and his sister-in-law Virginia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
