He was predeceased by: his father Edmund H. Tupay, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Joan Pauline Tupay Papineau; his stepfathers, Rodney Papineau and Rod; his siblings, Lauren Rizzuto (Thomas), Lynn Stagon (Robert) and Joseph Tupay (Kristen); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Ciana, Jordan, Mattea, James, Kyle and Andrew; and also, Jennifer McWilliams (Michael), Lilly Grossman (Mitchell) and Zachary.
