He was predeceased by: his daughters, Teri, Brenda and Anita "Joyce"; his brothers, Earl, Carl and Ray; and his parents, Dochia Noel (Sheatz) and Carl Noel.

He is survived by: his children, Andrea Self (Robert) of Mesa, AZ, Chris Hecht (Sarah) of Tucson, AZ and Pamela Ludwiczak; his grandchildren, Raenette (Devon), Travis, Katie, Hailey, Robert, Jameson, Megan and Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Antonio, Nevaeh, Felicity, Gabbi and Mia.
