He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claudia Lee (Blackmer Freeman) and Earl Reeseman Vance; his brother Richard Earl Vance; his wife Karen Kay Speakman-Vance; his children, Alycia Nicole Vance Wiliams (Garrett) and Landon Kass Vance (Shawna); his stepchildren, Ben Speakman, Ryan Speakman, Emily Speakman, Matt Speakman and Shawna Speakman Vance; and his siblings, Claudia Leeann Vance Hansen (Thomas) and David Allen Vance (Kim).
