He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tennyson and Vilate Harper Woods; his siblings, James Riley, Winifred, Dorothy Haynie and Kenneth (Toni); his granddaughter Jennifer Johnson Hill; and his son-in-law Richard Louis Jensen.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Shumway Woods; his brothers, Murray (Ann) and Gordon (Peggy); and his children, Ann Marie Jensen, William (Renée), Rex (Mary), David (Joyce), Larry (Julie), Carol Johnson (Kerry) and Karen Brunsdale (Lenard). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 93 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
