He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Deedra Gendrich Thrailkill of Phoenix, AZ, Jennifer Bouchard (Joseph) of Manvel, TX and Bryan Gendrich of Mesa, AZ; his grandson Wyatt Michael Gendrich of Mesa, AZ; his sister Vivian Koutny of Antioch, IL; and his sister-in-law Barb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
