He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Scott and Mary Scott (Coons); his granddaughter Heather; and his siblings, Rhea, Veda, Thelma, Ruth and Walter.
He is survived by: his wife Elva; his children, Cecil Scott (Margaret), Jon Scott, Elaine Stewart (Gary), Betty Rucker (Doug), Wayne Scott (Dawn) and Annalee Shumway (Phil); and his siblings, Thora Cluff, Ina Ray, LaVerne Done and Howard Scott. He is also survived by 31 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
