It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Grant Michael Jakubowski of Mesa, Arizona, born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Chuck Jakubowski (Dorleen) and Cheri Jakubowski (Duering); his fiancé Kiara Ward; and his siblings, Vanessa Jakubowski, Alysia Jakubowski and Jeremy Jakubowski. He is also survived by uncle, he is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
