He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy I. Ragland and Mildred A. Ragland of Utica, IL.; his brothers, Roy Jr. (Pat), Ronald and Glen; and his sister-in-law Cammie Sprague.
He is survived by: his wife Angela (Cuccia); his children, Denise Denges (Don), Tina Voss (Steve) and Harold Jr. Ragland (Lisa); his stepchildren, Gretchen Ann Ortiz and Timothy Friedeck; his grandchildren, Justin Ragland (Daisy) and Stephanie Ragland; his stepgrandchildren, Xander Ortiz, Anthony Ortiz and Alli Siemer (Matt); his great grandchildren, Justin Jr. and Audrey Ragland; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Garrison, Maddox, Lawson and Callie Siemer; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Cuccia.
