With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Michael Paul Hale of Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on October 19, 2021 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sheldon "Rudd" Hale, A. K. Cook and Martha Emmick; and his uncle Michael Cook. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Hale (Tammy) and Brigitte Cook; his daughter Jordan Ella Hale; his siblings, Isaac Hale, Rebekah Hale and Krista Denton; his stepsisters, Jessica Moseley, Jenna Moseley, Jasmine Moseley, Kayla Wendt and Christine Clark; his stepfather Gary Moseley; and his grandmothers, Lu Shanks and Sandra Hale. He is also survived by girlfriend, Merisa Downs; and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins.
