He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Bob (Jody), Mike (Levi), Kathy (Chris), Sue (Shawn), Carolyn (Scott) and Sharon (Bill); his brother Donald; and his wife Mary. He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers his family requests donations be made to Serenity Hospice in Phoenix (http://www.serenityhospiceaz.com) or Pan Foundation (panfoundation.org) who greatly helped with his Parkinson's treatment.
