He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam H. McBay and Alma Cooley McBay; and his siblings, Tyler, Leon, Clifford, Buford, Glenn and Nina Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sandra Houston; his sons, Seth McBay of Denver, CO. and Kent McBay; his grandchildren, Kensey, Karmen, Kendall and Kent Jared; his sister Itylean White (Bobby) of Athens, AL; and his sisters-in-law, Nanette McBay of Clements, AL. and Martha Ann McBay of Athens Al. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
