We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2021, at the age of 83, James Millar (Mesa, Arizona), born in Palo Alto, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Palmer; and his children, Chalece, Jessica, Chad, Jason and Justin. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
