He is survived by: his sister Adela Galvan; his daughters, Suzanne O'Leary and Julie Swenson; his grandchildren, Kally Flaville, James Rael, Samantha Worthington, Rebecca Orth, Michael Adkinson and Grace Adkinson; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Flaville, Orion Flaville, Liam Orth, Theodore Orth, Elizabeth Orth and James Rael Jr..
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204). A rosary will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1551 E Dana Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1562 E Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85204).
