We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2020, at the age of 86, Jay Richard Lehman of Mesa, Arizona, born in Campbelltown, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Eleanor J. Lehman. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Bauman (Rodney) of Annville and Lyall Lehman (Michelle) of Mechanicsburg; his brother Lee Lehman (Linda) of Campbelltown; his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Gardell (Mark) and Noah Lehman; and his close friend Pauline Tidwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lebanon VA Medical, 1700 South Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042.
