She was predeceased by: her father Rick Butler. She is survived by: her mother Doris Butler; her significant other Jose Luis Guzman; her daughters, Mazzy Ella and Luna Ari; her sisters, Janae and Michelle; her siblings' children, Isaiah, Thomas, Aiden, Alize, Aubri, Jazmine, Rylee, Jade, Jenise and Wren; her aunt Donna; and her uncle Andy Calanche.
