He is survived by: his sisters, Delores and Lottie; his son Eric; his wife Donna Clements (Edwards); his daughters, Michelle Schroff (Clements) and Angela Chavez (Clements); his son-in-law Dustin Schroff; his stepchildren, John Nichols, Sheila Nichols and Danielle Nichols; his siblings, Jack Parlaine Worthington (Faye), Theron Clements (Karen), Jay Clements, Raola Sunderland (Floyd), Walleta Sedig, Husband Ron Reese and Wanda Waddle (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Houstin, Austin, Ashlyn, Preston, Madison and Gatlin Schroff.
