He is survived by: his wife Jeri Miller; his children, Nelisa Page (James Page), Nathaniel Roberts (Brittany Roberts), Zachary Miller, Ariana Cacho (Michael Cacho) and Alex Miller (Jayme Miller); his parents, John Miller and Janice Miller; his siblings, Eileen Trout and Brent Miller; and his grandchildren, Zoe Page, Riley Page, Abrianne Cacho and Eliana Cacho. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
