He was predeceased by: his fiancée Bethany Grant; and his son Theo. He is survived by: his son Brysen; his parents, Toni Carlson (Eric Wittenbarger) and John Crowell; his stepmother Jade Crowell; his siblings, Jacob, Aydin, Blaike, Craig, Sophia, Chris, Wayne, Tyler and Kevin; his nephew Damien; and his grandparents, Terrie Fortune and Donald Akin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
