He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Maglalang Sr. and Lourdes Ramirez Maglalang; his spouse Pura A Maglalang; his siblings, Ramon, Anton and Ache Lydia; and his son Walter Maglalang.

He is survived by: his children, Garry Maglalang, Dulce Maglalang Tellez, Ricky Maglalang and Allan Maglalang; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kurt, Kate, Kimberly Maglalang, Derin, Edric Maglalang, Jared Javen, Mailey Maglalang and Matthew Maglalang Tellez.
