She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Thorne and Annabeth Thorne. She is survived by: her husband Emery (Duke); her children, Steven Meiley, Janene Howitz, Jenifer Meiley (Ronda) and Bryan Meiley (Tiffany); her grandchildren, Kaylene, Michael, Matthew, McKenzie, Kacey, Brianna and Carly; her great grandchildren, Anastasia and Lillian; and her siblings, Gary Thorne (Margie) and Connie Torres (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to your charity of choice as Judy was fond of donating to numerous charities.
