He is survived by: his children, Jerry Phillip Hawkins (Marta Holt) of Poulsbo, WA, Brenda Teply (Marvin) of Warrenton, MO, Heather Chavez (Charles), Eric Hawkins (Laura), Michael Hawkins (Carrie), Candace Crofoot (Joshua), Nicholas Hawkins (Melissa), Benjamin Hawkins (Karrissa), Jonathon Hawkins (Jessica), Justin Rees (Rachel), Johnny Holloway (Jessica) and Jenifer Tucker (Cody). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
