He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anderson Daugherty and Ploya Daugherty; and his children, Deborah Ann Daugherty, Cindy Lou Anzalone, Timothy Lee Daugherty and Bruce Alan Daugherty. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Kelcie was 85 and passed of Alzheimer's disease.
