He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Roeber and Vera Roeber (Dau); his wife Barbra Roeber of Mesa, AZ; his daughters, Heidi (Rolf) and Heather; his grandchildren, Bromley Jane and William Kenneth Rice; his stepgrandchildren, Erol and Ela; his siblings, Diane Anderson (Jerry) and Randy Roeber (Vickie); his sister-in-law Renee Rochleau (Ron); his brother William; and also Evan. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In his final years, he found joy singing with the Tremble-Clefs, a music therapy choral group for people with Parkinson's Disease.
