She was predeceased by: her parents, Diane James (Jack) and Edward Paul Ostin. She is survived by: her husband Bill Shaffstall; her siblings, Catherine Bishop (John), Edward Ostin and Michael Ostin (Renee); and her stepmother Sharon Ostin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
