He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances Wayt and Inez Wayt of Moundsville; his wife Kathy Wayt; his son Lawrence Allen Wayt Jr.; his nephew James Allen Wayt; his sister Beatrice Kidd; and his children, David Wayt, Larry Wayt, Michelle Hartley and Tonya Bariteau. He was also cherished by 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
