He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna and Bernard; his brother Harold; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his children, Doris, Karen Lavorato (Thomas), Brian and Beth Simacek (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Luke Lavorato (Cassie), Katrina Swanson (Todd), Nicholas Lavorato, Kayla Simacek, Jonathon and Troy Simacek.
