He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Broughton and Eunice Snider; his wife Barbara Jean Broughton; and his siblings, James (Jimmie), Delbert Broughton, Phyllis Boling and Mary Anna Taylor.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Jaworski and Laverne Prettyman; and his children, Laura Steffy, Sherry Barringer, Theresa Witte, Amy Allshouse, Tammie Buchanan, Lenwood Jr., James and Mark. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren.
