We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Lynnetta Deen Phelps (Mesa, Arizona), born in Decatur, Illinois. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorthadeen Joplin and Lynn B. Joplin; her brother James R. Joplin; her son Harold L. Phelps; and her grandson Lathan Valdez.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Phelps, Cheryl Cogswell, Kathleen Phelps of Mesa Arizona and Deena M. Nino; and her brother Gary A. Joplin (Ruth) of Mesa Arizona. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren, 3 Son-in Law's and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
