He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Johnson and Jean Johnson; his brother Darwin; his daughter Jan Olson; and his stepson Dale O'Leary.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Diane Olsen (Jim) and William Johnson of Merle's; his stepchildren, Deborah Stinson (Jon) and Bruce O'Donnell (Patti); and his grandchildren, Mark Olsen, David Olsen, Julie Olsen, Amanda Hoffman, Robbie Stinson, David O'Donnell, Jason O'Leary, Kathy O'Leary and John O'Leary. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, and many relatives and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center or The Alzheimers Association.
