Bingold (Leah Allen); his nieces and nephews, Joshua (Candace Haavig), Nathan Gerlach, Adam (Justine Gerlach), Natasha (Rob Eckles), William (Skylar Stevens), Kevin Stevens, Michele (Jose Alba), Nichole, Kalley Karpinsky, Jacob, Ryan Zapalac, Christina, Kaitlin and Megan Williamsen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Justine Haavig, Claire Gerlach, Charlotte Stevens, Ross, Nolan Eckles, Carson Stevens and Jayden Alba.
Mike was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's September of 2015 at the age of 51 and fought the disease for the last part of his life.
